Provide Verification of Disability (VOD):

To receive services through IVC's DSPS department, a student must provide current documentation of a verified disability, including functional limitations in the educational setting.

The "VOD" form must be completed by a licensed professional verifying your disability.

Complete the Intake Process:

Once you have received appropriate VOD. Contact the DSPS office to schedule an hour appointment for an intake with a counselor. During the appointment, services and accommodations will be discussed and approved.
