Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday: 8 - 7 pm (On Campus)
Thursday: 8 am - 7 pm (Remote)
Friday: 8 am - 5 pm (Remote)

Q: How do I schedule an appointment with DSPS?

A:You can call the DSPS office at 949-451-5630 or email ivcdsps@ivc.edu to schedule an in-person, phone or video appointment. Staff will respond to your message within 24 hour business hours.

Q: Is the DSPS Testing Center (DTC 1) still open?

A:Yes, DTC1 will be open on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, from 8:30 am - 6:30 pm

Q: How will I receive my testing accommodations with DTC 1 closed?

A: Coordinate all test proctoring services with your instructor one week prior, for each of your exams. Email your instructor through their preferred contact method (i.e. Canvas, Email, etc.) with your IVC Accommodation Form and request your approved testing accommodations.

Q: Do I still need to schedule a Semester Check Appointment to update my accommodations for the 2021-2022 academic year?

A: Yes, if you have not yet updated your accommodations schedule an in-person, phone or video appointment with a DSPS Counselor.

Q: Can I return loaned equipment?

A: Yes, you may drop the equipment off at the DSPS office, located at SSC 171, on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 8 am -7 pm or arrange another means by calling 949-451-5630 or email ivcdsps@ivc.edu
