Student Equity at IVC
IVC's Alliance with Justice
In the wake of the killings of Breonna Taylor in Louisville, Ahmaud Arbery in Georgia, and George Floyd in Minneapolis, IVC is committed to justice. In the face of all acts of racism, intolerance, and disenfranchisement, IVC is steadfast in our commitment to inclusion and equity.

IVC Student Equity Plan:
The Irvine Valley College Office of Student Equity provides programs, support services, and initiatives that promote access, course completion, ESL and basic skills completion, degrees, certificates and transfer. The CCC Student Success Scorecard and student success indicators inform the decisions of the Irvine Valley College Student Equity Task Force to ensure the campus is implementing programs to help better serve students from backgrounds that have been historically underrepresented in higher education. The Student Equity Task Force consists of faculty, staff, administrators, and students who meet monthly to discuss current measures supporting student success and how to expand our services and impact.
