Mailing Your I-20
Once you have been admitted to Irvine Valley College, you have the following two options for the mailing of your acceptance packet and I-20:
E-Mail: During COVID-19, DHS is allowing schools to send the I-20 electronically via email to students. I-20s will be sent to your "@ivc.edu" email address.
Regular Overseas Postal Mail: If you want your I-20 sent to you by regular overseas mail, please send an email to your advisor to make this request. Please remember to include your name, student ID number and the complete address where you would like your documents mailed.
Express Mail (UEMS): IVC offers an express mail service (UEMS) that allows you to receive your I-20 through DHL, Fed Exp or UPS. This is a fee-based service that requires payment by credit card. You must use the website provided above. Please DO NOT GO through the DHL, FedEx or UPS websites directly. If you have additional questions about how to use this service you may contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
NOTE: The above options are available to students arriving in the U.S. who will be attending Irvine Valley College on an F-1 visa.
