Mailing Your I-20
Please note that due to the COVID-19 public health emergency,
as of March 18 at 5pm, the IVC campus is closed.
All staff and faculty will be working remotely (off-campus)
to assist IVC students as needed.
In-person pick-up is not allowed and I-20 materials can only be sent by mail in one of the ways listed below:
Once you have been admitted to Irvine Valley College, you have the following two options for the mailing of your acceptance packet and I-20:
1. Regular Overseas Postal Mail: If you want your I-20 sent to you by regular overseas mail, please send an email to your advisor to make this request. Please remember to include your name, student ID number and the complete address where you would like your documents mailed.
2. Express Mail (UEMS): IVC offers an express mail service (UEMS) that allows you to receive your I-20 through DHL, Fed Exp or UPS. This is a fee-based service that requires payment by credit card. To learn more about this service or to request express mail shipping, please visit https://study.eshipglobal.com.
You must use the website provided above. Please DO NOT GO through the DHL, FedEx or UPS websites directly. If you have additional questions about how to use this service you may contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
The above options are available to students arriving in the U.S. who will be attending Irvine Valley College on an F-1 visa.
