Mailing Your I-20


Once you have been admitted to Irvine Valley College, you have the following two options for the mailing of your acceptance packet and I-20:

  1. Regular Overseas Postal Mail: Regular postal mail can take as long as four weeks and does not offer tracking services. If you want your I-20 sent by regular overseas mail it is important that you send an email to to make this request. Please remember to include your complete name, I.D. # and the address where you would like your documents mailed.

  2. Express Mail: Irvine Valley College uses an express mail service that will allow you to receive your acceptance letter and I-20 through DHL or FedEx in 3-5 days. This is a fee-based service that will require you to pay using a credit card (Visa, MasterCard or Discover cards only).  Please note that your card will be charged upon requesting the service. *NOTE: The above options are available to students arriving in the U.S. who will be attending Irvine Valley College on an F-1 visa.​
