Student Life at IVC
Welcome to Irvine Valley College and the department of Student Life. The staff of the Student Life office is committed to providing meaningful services, activities and communications that build community; ensure academic success; encourage creative expression, personal growth, and well-being; foster diversity and social justice; and promote student advocacy and leadership.
VENDOR DAYS: Irvine Valley College, under the oversight of the Student Life Office, designates several "Vendor Days" throughout the academic year. These ASIVC supported activities provide fund-raising opportunities for ASIVC-ICC student clubs, and ASG supported programs on the IVC campus. The following dates have been identified for the 2018-2019 Academic School Year.

FALL 2018 | WEDNESDAYS: September 19, October 3 &17, November 14, & 28th and Dec 5th.
SPRING 2019 | WEDNESDAYS:: Jan 23rd, Feb 6 & 20, March 6 & 27, April 3 &17 and May 1st.

An ASIVC student club, program or organization may sponsor vendors,
who wish to sell services and/or merchandise on the IVC campus. Approved
supplier vendors are charged $50 per date of their registered participation, These fee's provide support
to the Inter-Club/Co-Curricular Council (I4C) program and over 30 active
student clubs each semester.
Vendor Days typically are scheduled on the first and third
Wednesday of each month: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. in front of the Student
Services Center (SSC) quad unless otherwise scheduled and/or noted.
Vendors must provide their own equipment, canopies, tables and chairs.
It is the Vendor’s responsibility to complete a Vendor Registration
Form a minimum of 2 weeks before a scheduled Vendor Day. Forms are located in
the Student Life Office SAC, or online under ASIVC-ICC documents library. Placement of Vendor space will be determined on a first come, first serve basis in assigned designated areas only. Vendors may be subject to having
to move to the lawn area of the quad if IVC campus priority groups are
scheduled. Loading/Unloading is done in the designated loading/unloading area
located behind the Student Services Center Building. A daily parking permit is

HOUSING: Irvine Valley College Office of Student Life does NOT provide housing postings online or on any exterior/interior buildings, and includes any regular or dedicated bulletin boards on the IVC campus. Community members are welcome to utilize the Public Posting Panel/Boards located along the side wall of B100 building/across from the B300 building for their own housing/room for rent type listings. No approval necessary. NOTE: The Public Posting Panel Boards are cleared at the end of every month. No staples or tacks!!! Push pins work best! See map for detailed site location. ;
