Vendor Days at Irvine Valley College, under the oversight of the Student Life Office, designates several "Vendor Days" throughout the academic year. These ASIVC supported activities provide fund-raising opportunities for ASIVC-I4C student clubs, and ASG supported programs on the IVC campus.

An ASIVC student club, program or organization may sponsor vendors, who wish to sell services and/or merchandise on the IVC campus. Approved supplier vendors are charged $50 per date of their registered participation, These fee's provide support to the Inter-Club/Co-Curricular Council (I4C) program and over 30 active student clubs each semester.
Vendor Days typically are scheduled on the first and third Wednesday of each month: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. in front of the Student Services Center (SSC) quad unless otherwise scheduled and/or noted.
NOTE: Vendors must provide their own equipment, canopies, tables and chairs.
It is the Vendor’s responsibility to complete a Vendor Registration Form a minimum of 2 weeks before a scheduled Vendor Day. Forms are located in the Student Life Office SAC, or online under ASIVC-I4C documents library. Placement of Vendor space will be determined on a first come, first serve basis in assigned designated areas only. Vendors may be subject to having to move to the lawn area of the quad if IVC campus priority groups are scheduled. Loading/Unloading is done in the designated loading/unloading area located behind the Student Services Center Building. A daily parking permit is required.
